We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to be a pivotal member of our Global Marketing team, responsible for arming our global sales teams with the compelling narratives, tools, and materials needed to win in a competitive landscape. You will act as the critical bridge between our central marketing/product functions and regional sales teams, ensuring our go-to-market strategies are flawlessly executed and our value proposition resonates powerfully with clients.

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will elevate the performance of go-to-market teams across Mid-Market and Enterprise by ensuring implementation of sales processes and enhancing demo effectiveness to drive revenue growth. You’ll develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, analyze sales calls, coach sales reps 1:1 and collaborate with various teams to create impactful training materials. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing.

As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs for the Growth Sales Team. You will create training and onboarding programs, optimize sales collateral, ensure alignment across the organization, and measure the impact of enablement initiatives to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
